The Neelum Valley is a valley located in the Kashmir region of Pakistan administered Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The valley is about 243 km long and stretches from Muzaffarabad to Kel. It is divided into three parts: Upper Neelum, Central Neelum and Lower Neelum.

Upper Neelum Valley: This part of the valley starts from Muzaffarabad and goes up to Athmuqam. The main attractions of this section are Kundal Shahi, Arrang Kel, Naushera, Sharda and Kel. Central Neelum Valley: This part lies between Athmuqam and Taobutt.

Some of the places worth visiting in this section are Kutton Jagran, Keran, Mahura, Dudniyal and Taobutt. Lower Neelum Valley: This is the last and most beautiful part of the valley which extends from Taobutt to Kel. Places like Ratti Gali Lake, Baboon village (Toli Pir), Halmet Garh Fort & Shonter Nallah are worth visiting here.
